The Peerless Songbird is a double cutaway thinline hollow-bodied guitar with two Dog Ear P90 pickups. A lot lighter than a 335-style, the Songbird is great for jazz and blues.
Built in the same factory that produced the Korean-made Epiphones, these guitars offer a lot of bang for your buck. The pickups sound great so no need to upgrade.
This is what I'd call a player's guitar. Cosmetically, it's had a little work done - the previous owner sanded-off the gloss finish on the top, back and neck, leaving swirl marks. Personally, I think the guitar actually looks and feels better like this. There's also a mysterious tiny hole on the soundboard. Not sure what this was for. Not something that would bother me too much as it plays and sounds great.
It comes with a deluxe gig bag.
