1956 Epiphone Zephyr Regent (Pre-owned)
Here we have a beautiful 1956 Epiphone Zephyr Regent that captures the golden age of American archtop design. It features a full-sized 17-inch laminated maple body with a 25½-inch scale, delivering a warm, articulate tone with classic jazz resonance. The single DeArmond Dynasonic pickup in the neck position provides a rounded clarity that’s perfect for vintage blues and swing styles.
In good vintage condition, this example shows plenty of lacquer checking throughout, adding to its authentic aged character. It's had a headstock crack repair. Much of the binding has been carefully re-glued, and the guitar has had a re-fret. It remains largely original, with the only notable modification being the addition of a large metal plate around the jack input for extra reinforcement.
