Delivery and Returns
At Mak’s Guitars, we currently offer free shipping on all orders with a mainland UK delivery address. Orders shipped via DPD will be shipped on a next day service the day after the order is placed. Orders sent via Royal Mail will be dispatched the same day. If we are unable to do so, we will notify you by email or phone immediately after the order is placed.
You will be emailed a tracking number with your dispatch information. Please note that tracking numbers are not used for smaller orders sent by Royal Mail or similar postal service.
You will receive text notification on the morning of the delivery day with an hour delivery window. This text will also give you the option to rearrange the delivery if it's inconvenient or change the delivery address.
We currently ship to most destinations worldwide via DPD, UPS, FedEx and DHL. Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout. If your country is not listed, please email email@example.com for a quote.
Under Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order from us for any reason within 14 working days from when the goods have been received. Certain goods, such as special order goods, personalised and modified items or goods ordered to your own specification are not supplied on our usual approval terms.
At Mak’s Guitars, we want to make sure you're 100% happy with your purchase. We will be happy to discuss any aspect of your purchase with you before we ship. If you do wish to return a product, please email the details to firstname.lastname@example.org or use the Contact Us form on our website.
You can return most items as long as they're ‘as new', which means unused, undamaged and complete with all parts and accessories and in the original shipping cartons provided. We strongly advise you use a tracked and insured service when returning your goods to us as all goods are the responsibility of the buyer until they have been received by us. In the event of any damage, modification or excessive signs of use to any goods being returned, a deduction will be made accordingly.

With over 20 years packing and shipping guitars worldwide, we take pride in making sure every instrument is packaged properly to minimise any chances of being damaged in transit.
