Designed in collaboration with one of America’s finest mandolin players, “Lady Moon” Eva Holbrook, this instrument draws inspiration from the century-old “old lady” she treasures, capturing the warmth and woody character of a beloved old-world instrument.
At the heart of the octave lies a Thermo-Cured solid Sitka spruce top, carefully torrefied to emulate the earthy warmth and responsiveness of a seasoned instrument. The mahogany back and sides add focus and balance, giving the Lady Moon Signature Octave the tonal tools to add depth to all your melodic expressions. The flat-top design offers a softer attack and fuller resonance, emphasizing its natural overtones.
