A lovely pre-owned Eastman MDO305 octave mandolin, professionally converted for left-handed playing.
The instrument was originally set up for right-handed use but has been professionally converted to left-handed configuration, including a correctly compensated left-handed bridge and professionally cut left-handed bone nut.
The MDO305 features a solid spruce top, solid maple back and sides, ebony fingerboard and Eastman's parallel spruce bracing.
In excellent condition overall. The instrument has been very well cared for, with only light signs of previous use. There's a small scratch on the back which can be seen in the photos. The back of the neck has developed a lovely natural sheen from playing, but there is no significant wear, and the frets remain in good shape.
