1989 Heritage Sweet 16 - Almond Sunburst
Handbuilt in Kalamazoo, Michigan by former Gibson artisans, the Sweet 16 is similar to a Gibson L-4C but slightly shallower in depth making it a tad more comfortable to hold. It has a 16" x 2 3/4" body with a single Florentine cutaway and it features a hand-carved solid spruce top, hand-carved solid figured maple back/sides/neck, 7-ply bound body, bound curly maple pickguard and an ebony fingerboard with pearl split block inlay. The pickup is a Heritage-designed single floating humbucker.
This stunning guitar is in very good condition and comes with its original case. Currently set up with Thomastik JS111 but with a plain 3rd.
